Configure KeyMod's behavior and appearance.
General Settings

| Auto-connect | Reconnect to last device (USB or BLE) on startup |
| Keep screen on | Prevent screen sleeping while using the app |
| Haptic feedback | Vibration on button presses |
| Orientation lock | Lock screen orientation to portrait or landscape |
| Language | English, 中文, Español, Français, Deutsch, 日本語 |
| Theme | 8 color families, Dark/Light, Follow system |
| BLE Key Delay | Delay between keystrokes sent over BLE (adjust if characters are missed) |
| Touchpad sensitivity | Scroll sensitivity slider |
Target OS
Set the target OS to match the target computer's key conventions. This affects shortcut labels, Unicode input methods, and modifier key mapping.

| Windows | Alt, Ctrl, Win key behavior |
| Mac | Cmd, Option key behavior |
| Linux | Super, Meta key behavior |
Change the target OS by tapping the OS icon in the header bar.
